What is Estimated Delivery Time
Your Estimated Delivery Time is calculated as Order Processing Time added to Shipping Time.
You should consider both the time taken for order processing and the time taken for shipping when estimating the arrival time of your order.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are processed from the next working day, which is usually Monday.
Order Processing
We strive diligently to process your order.
All orders require between 2 to 3 business days to be prepared. However, most orders are typically ready within 48 hours after they have been placed.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or amend it. If your order has already been processed, our Returns Policy will cover you.
Standard Shipping
Shipping Charge:
US: US$3.99. Standard shipping is free for orders exceeding US$100.
Other: US$5.99.
Shipping Time: 8 - 15 Business Day.
Important Notes:
- Some remote areas may be unable to avail express shipping. In such cases, we will revert to standard shipping and communicate with you via email to arrange a refund for the express shipping fee, should you have already paid for it.
- Business days exclude local holidays and weekends.
